Subject secure identification assured with bar code system:

Subject receives an un-removable armband with a bar code ID and a leaflet with all visits represented by barcodes. In one single scan, all demographic data are captured: subject ID, date of birth, age, gender.
Then the nurse signs the leaflet and sticks a « done » sticker on the leaflet. This solution reduces both workload for the Phase I unit and queries quantities for the core lab.
