Full maintenance + spare parts included

Rental fees include unlimited maintenance and spare parts with worldwide shipping throughout study duration.

Service includes free worldwide pick-up of failing device.

No full month charge

Rental fees are calculated on a daily basis from the day the devices left the warehouse to the day it came back to the warehouse.

If a device is shipped on January 21st, only 10 days out of 31 will be charged.

All proofs of costs digitalized

Costs proofs are digitalized and provided with all invoices in paper and digital format for archiving.

Consumables included

Service includes sufficient consumables (electrodes, ECG paper, shavers, batteries…) for all study, based on the protocol assumptions.

It also includes consumables management during all study duration. Sites just need to order on a web site with their study reference.

No fees on pass-through costs

Medica Research Services pays for all shipment and customs costs until delivery at recipient.

All costs are charged back to sponsor without margin or over cost.

No extra cost, unless validated by core lab

No cost is allowed if not in the initial budget. Database is programmed with study thresholds for device and consumables supply.

All extra costs (ex. Additional site) requires project manager signature before shipping. All extra costs are registered and provided with invoice.

Full shipping insurance

Rental fees include full guarantee of device value during the shipping.
